I am talking about what I need to do to get the weight off, to lead a healthier life and to be happier with myself.  I NEED to do this before it is too late and I have dug myself deeper and gained more weight then I already have.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have been thinking about goals and making a plan for some time but putting my thoughts into action has been really difficult.  I don&amp;#8217;t have a reason or an excuse because it has been a combination of things.  Some things I have shared on here and others I have not.  Regardless of what has been holding me back I will not allow myself to hold me back anymore.  This is an ongoing journey and I need to keep moving forward.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The very first pose we did made my abs want to die and I was dreading the remainder of the class.
